CANT BELIEVE I JUST FOUND ABOUT THIS LOL
On 7th December 2011, DSE witnessed the cross listing of African Barrick Gold Plc (ABG), which added a total market value of TZS 5,396.73 billion. This makes the total equity market capitalization of DSE to move up to TZS 11,490.29 billion. With the cross listing of ABG Tanzanian investors can now buy ABG shares at its primary stock exchange i.e. London Stock Exchange in UK through their local stockbrokers. ABG also becomes the first mining company operating in Tanzania to be listed at DSE. |
